vince Vince Ferraro is a results-oriented, global, senior marketing and general management executive with over 20 years of experience in Hewlett-Packard’s Imaging and Printing Group. He’s had the opportunity to work domestically and internationally for a variety of lines of B2B and B2C businesses within HP. Ferraro has a track record of scaling and helping businesses grow revenues and market share, while maintaining profitability. He has been particularly successful in developing innovative and market-leading new products/solutions that win numerous awards and deliver a world-class customer experience, executing world class marketing programs and operational initiatives that drive the brand and demand, and leading and driving change in dynamic, hyper-competitive markets.

Ferraro was most recently the VP of Global Marketing for HP’s LaserJet Business Unit. This was a CMO-level role, where he headed a worldwide marketing organization generating $6B in annual revenues in one of the most successful technology brands in the world, which included hardware, software, and solutions.

He was also social media pioneer within the company, establishing HP’s most successful executive blog, which was quoted in the book “Groundswell: Winning in a World Transformed by Social Technologies” and was an AdAge Power 150 blog. In a previous roles, Ferraro was VP of Marketing for HP’s Business and Imaging group and HP’s consumer lines of business which include digital cameras, photo printers, scanners, and DeskJet, Photosmart, and OfficeJet-branded products. He was the original product manager which developed HP’s first Windows and Mac-compatible color inkjet printers – the PaintJet and PaintWriter product lines. He also helped to establish HP’s wide format plotter business with the introduction of the 7600 Series product line. His other executive and management positions have included senior worldwide and regional roles in marketing, finance, and category operations functions, based in Boise, San Diego, Singapore, and Böblingen, Germany.

He received a B.S. in business administration from San Diego State University and a M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is also a graduate of Stanford University’s Strategic Marketing Management Program.

Ferraro currently consults with a variety of non profits, established businesses, and start-ups to increase the effectiveness of their business strategies and marketing plans. He also sits on the North American Board of Advisors for the CMO Council and is a Domain Expert in the Connect Springboard Program. Finally, he is an in-demand expert consultant with the Gearson Lehman Group and Coleman Research.
